First of all we would like to thank you for using our Homgry platform.
We hope you are successful in your endeavors and cook some delicious food for all of us to enjoy. Now, we try and make our platform pretty intuitive to use but to help you start we have a step by step guide below on how to upload a menu and receive orders.
To begin first you would decide what you would like to cook for the day and what times you would like customers to order by and the time frame for when customers can
come collect their order.
Once a menu has been decided you can upload your menu by clicking this link ………… or by clicking on the “chef dashboard” and then clicking on “todays menu”. On this page you can click on the “new product” tab and then can fill in the details for the item you wish to prepare for today.
To set up the timings for the menu (the order by time and when to pick up), you need to click on the “chef dashboard” tab and then click on “settings”. Here you can click on the “set up order time” for your selected menu.
Once the menu and the timings have been set up, we wait for customers to order. Once they have ordered online, we will send you an email or text message with a request for an order. You will need to reply to this message to confirm the order.
